About Shannon Schmitz

Shannon Schmitz is one of Turnquist Partners’ top Realtors. She has ranked among the Top 10 producers for each of the ten years she has worked with the firm. Her success has also earned her a spot among the Top 50 Austin Residential Real Estate Producers for seven out of the last 10 years and in 2010 membership in the coveted “Elite 25”.

In 2007, Shannon’s efforts reaped two big honors: membership to the Million Dollar Guild for Luxury Home Marketing and a spot in the exclusive “Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate”.

A native of Canada, Shannon has lived in Austin for 14 years with her husband, Jeff, and their 11-year-old son, Eric. Shannon keeps in shape by running on Austin’s trails. The family enjoys fishing and skiing together, while Eric keeps busy with baseball and ice hockey.
